Fletcher has the jaunty appearance and smooth comfort that calls to mind the orchestral jazz the chair’s namesake, Fletcher Henderson, pioneered in New York in the 1920s.  A two-inch-thick foam seat cushions and an upholstered back make sitting a truly enjoyable experience. A hard maple frame made with mortise-and-tenon and dowel construction ensures strength that complements the chair’s simple, straight-ahead beauty.
